PEGAS is a device for fast and foam-free dispensing of carbonated beverages (e.g. beer) from pressurized vessels (kegs) into PET bottles with ÐÑÎ or BPF necks and screw closures.
PEGAS manual bottle filler is usually used for dispensing unpasteurized or unfiltered beer (i.e. without thermal treatment or sterilizing filtration) with a short storage life. Such draught beer is distributed in bars, brewpubs, cafes, and other retail outlets.
The technology of bottle filling through PEGAS is based on the isobaric dispensing using the backpressure method.

PEGAS benefits

The PEGAS bottle filler is designed for manual filling of PET bottles (0.33, 1, 1.5 liter etc) with draught beer.
The advantages of PET bottle for draught beer bottling
- PET is a safe material. There is no risk of bottle explosion under pressure caused by CO2 excess. Also there is no risk of finding glass bottle fragments in beer caused by bottle neck chipping off;
- The weight of the PET bottle (1.5 liter) is only 40 g, the rest of the weight is beer;
- PET bottle is a single-use container, so there is no risk of chemical remains after washing and disinfection.
The guaranteed beer storage life in a PET bottle does not exceed 7 days.
No special staff training is required for operation of the PEGAS device. Its installation takes less than 30 minutes.
Sanitization of the PEGAS bottle filler requires no additional expenses, since conventional washing and disinfecting procedures are sufficient.
