1) We sell our Product to our Distributors by a special discount Distributor price. It is uniform for all our Distributors, competitive with other prices for beer equipment and very beneficial compared to prices for the rest of our customers.
2) Our Retro-bonus system means one shipment of the Product free of charge for our Distributors who fulfill the sales plan within the specified period.
Support and Training:
+ We provide our Distributors with advertising materials (CDs, catalogues, booklets, business souvenirs), PEGAS TM brand – book and Distributor’s book and other information and marketing support.
+ We put our Distributors’ profile and contact information on our web - sites.
+ We carry out training in marketing, use and after-sales maintenance of our Product for our Distributors.
Warranty and Service:
+ We provide a 1-year warranty for our Product and undertake to replace the defective Product for our Distributors if it is recognized as a manufacturing defect. + We supply all required spare parts to our Distributors so that they provide warranty and post – warranty maintenance of our Product.

What do we expect from our Distributors?
- Our Distributors shall meet the requirements of our Distributor Policy and sign the Distributorship Contract.
- They shall build the Distributor Network and develop the distribution of our Product within the Distributor’s Authorized Sales territory.
- They shall provide the warranty and post – warranty maintenance of our Product and keep the required quantity of the Product spare parts at their warehouses.
- We expect our Distributors to fulfill the Sales Plan and the Territory Development Plan (including the Product Promotional and Media Plan) and to submit all the reports properly.
- Our Distributors shall protect our patent and licensing rights within the Distributor’s Authorized Sales territory and notify us immediately about all the infringements.
How do we work with our Distributors?
1) We determine the Sales Plan upon agreement with our Distributors taking into account the Development Plan of the Distributor’s Authorized Sales Territory.
2) We make and agree the Product Shipping Schedule and the Payment Schedule with our Distributors on the basis of the Sales Plan.
3) We ship the Product to our Distributors on 100% prepayment basis by a bank transfer or an irrevocable, confirmed Letter of Credit.
4) We ship the Product to our Distributors on EXW Novosibirsk basis unless otherwise agreed by the both Parties under the Distributorship Contract.
5) We transfer the non-exclusive non-transferable limited licensing right for PEGAS TM for the period of the Distributorship Contract validity.
